A talented hairdresser from Ghana, Chelsea-Abigail Owusu Ansah, has made history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the most hair locked in a single session.
On March 6, 2024, at Ashongman Estate in Accra, Chelsea achieved the remarkable feat of locking 27 heads of hair in just eight hours.

Chelsea officially announced her achievement on Saturday, September 7, as she proudly shared photos of her Guinness World Records plaque on Instagram.
As the owner of Yogas Locks, a hair salon in Accra, Chelsea’s dedication to the art of hair locking has clearly paid off.
