Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the running mate of former President John Dramani Mahama, has embarked on a week-long tour of the Bono, Bono East, and Ahafo regions.
The tour aims to engage with party members and the electorate as the National Democratic Congress (NDC) prepares for the upcoming elections.
Starting today, Dr Opoku-Agyemang plans to hold a series of rallies, town hall meetings, and interactions with local leaders to discuss the party's vision and policies.

During her tour, Dr Opoku-Agyemang will emphasise the NDC's commitment to addressing key issues such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure development.
She aims to connect with the concerns of the people in these regions, highlighting the party's initiatives to improve living standards and economic opportunities.
Her interactions will also provide a platform for party members to voice their opinions and expectations ahead of the elections.
In her previous engagements, Dr Opoku-Agyemang has been praised for her ability to connect with young voters and women, two critical demographics for the NDC.
This tour is expected to strengthen the party's grassroots support and foster a sense of unity among its members. Local leaders and constituents are eager to hear her insights on how the NDC plans to tackle the pressing challenges facing their communities.
As Prof. Opoku-Agyemang travels through the Bono, Bono East, and Ahafo regions, she aims to rally support for the NDC and inspire confidence in the party's leadership.
