Ghanaian boxer John Laryea defeated Alexander Mejia unanimously in his first international fight on Friday, November 1.
The two-time undefeated WBO African featherweight champion claimed victory in the eight-round contest at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Florida, US, in his first taste of international fight.
The 'Expensive Boxer' knocked down his Nicaraguan opponent in the first round of the fight and continued his dominance.
The Ghanaian also landed a few punches and jabs in subsequent rounds with Mejia finding no answers.
