Hearts of Oak are determined to prove doubters wrong in their pursuit of this season's Ghana Premier League title, says head coach Aboubakar Ouattara.
After a challenging start to the campaign with one win from five, the Phobians have bounced back with six wins in their last eight matches.
The Phobians' recent victory was a 1-0 triumph at home to relegation-threatened Legon Cities in week 16 of the Ghanaian top-flight.
They now sit fifth on the table with 28 points, just two behind leaders Heart of Lions.
“Some people say we have the weakest team but we [continue] to play. Every match is a challenge for Hearts of Oak.
“For now, we need to target maximum points from every game. We don't want to see what we saw last season when we were struggling because we didn't have the points."
Up next for Ouattara and his charges is an away trip to Samreboi for the clash against defending champions FC Samartex.
