Norwegian-Ghanaian musician Britz has expressed his thoughts on the growing popularity of Ghanaian music in Norway.
Speaking to Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, Britz mentioned the Ghanaian artiste mostly listened to in Norway.
"The music is becoming more popular now, I think with TikTok and the easier access that people now have to get the inside in Africa, I think it's now being more popular. So people are now listening to the likes of King Promise, Black Sheriff, KiDi, Kojo Black, Sark, Stonebwoy,” he noted.
Britz hinted that he had had some collaborations with some Ghanaian musicians.
“I have one song coming with Stonebwoy, and then I got the opportunity to work with Beeztrap KOTM as well; we've made a demo. We haven't discussed when that will be coming out, but it was a banger,” he said.
Britz also mentioned that he has a project coming up with a Norwegian producer named Pacify, who is originally from Albania.
"He likes a lot of our music, and he's been listening to Afrobeats as well for some time, so he understands very much of it," Britz said.
In the meantime, Britz has released a song with NSG from London, and the song is called ‘Ghana Man’.
