The Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central, Isaac Adongo, has conducted an extensive inspection tour of seven major developmental projects he is currently spearheading within the constituency.
The visit over the weekend was aimed at assessing the progress of critical infrastructure designed to enhance the welfare and economic livelihoods of his constituents.
Health and Education
The tour highlighted strides in the healthcare and education sectors, with the MP’s team highlighting several facilities either completed or nearing the final stages of construction.

- Anateem CHPS Compound: This vital healthcare facility is now 100% complete, providing the community with direct access to quality medical services and reducing the pressure on regional hospitals.
- Beongo CHPS Compound: Aimed at bolstering rural healthcare access, this project has reached 70% completion.
- Nyariga Primary School: Efforts to improve the local learning environment are well underway, with the school’s renovation currently at 70%.
- Anateem Daycare Centre: This early childhood development project is 50% complete and is expected to support working parents while laying a strong academic foundation for young children.
Infrastructure and Economic Connectivity
Mr Adongo also inspected structural projects intended to improve movement and resource management across the constituency.
- Amogrebisi Bridge: This essential link has been fully completed. It is expected to significantly reduce travel times, enhance community connectivity, and stimulate local economic activities.
- Tindonsoblig-Tindomolgo Dam: Dredging works are currently ongoing to ensure sustainable water access for residents and to support local agricultural initiatives.
Community Governance and Empowerment
A unique highlight of the tour was the Tindaana’s Project, a local initiative currently at 80% completion.
This project is specifically designed to empower traditional leadership and enhance local governance by involving community members more directly in the decision-making processes.

Mr Adongo used the visit to reassure the people of Bolgatanga Central that he remains steadfast in his mission to drive positive change.
He emphasised that these projects are a reflection of his genuine concern for the well-being of the residents and his tireless dedication to improving their overall quality of life.
