Jack Tweed, the widower of reality television star Jade Goody, has been charged with rape.
The 22-year-old was charged with one count of rape over an alleged attack at an address in Redbridge, Essex, a Metropolitan Police spokesman said.
Mr Tweed, who lives in Repton Park, Chigwell, Essex, is due before Redbridge Magistrates' Court later.
Officers also arrested a 20-year-old man, who has been bailed, and a man, aged 25, who remains in custody.
Police said the men were arrested following a complaint from a woman.
Mr Tweed, whose wife died in March, was arrested on Friday along with the 20-year-old man.
A third man, 25, was arrested on Friday night and is being held at an east London police station.
