Speakers for the HR Focus Conference and Awards 2015 are all set to give enlightening and thought provoking presentations at the Clarity 4D HR Forum and Edkins Career Development Session.
Victor & Victors and Edkins Corporate Training will give presentations on October 8 and 9, 2015 at the HR Focus Conference and Awards 2015.
Speaking on the topic, “Best You, Better Team,” Victor & Victors, Zambia, brings on board a fresh perspective on knowing yourself better, identifying areas of potential growth and how to develop in a team.

Edkins Corporate Training, UK, on the other hand, will be speaking on the topic, “Becoming a True Learning Organisation – Mindset, Technology and Leadership” at the Clarity 4D HR Forum, and “How the Right Training will help you Get, Keep and Grow within a job” at the Edkins Career Development Session.
Rev. Celia Apeagyei Collins from the UK will take participants through the concept of Leadership, delving deeper into how leaders can bring the best out of their followers.
Also speaking at the Edkins Career Development Session will be Mr. Samuel Boafo, HR Director- Cal Bank Limited and representatives from ACCA and L’AINE Services Limited.
The HR Focus Conference and Awards 2015, will give organisations the opportunity to showcase some of their recruitment processes, products, services and at the HR Focus Exhibition, happening on both days at the Banquet Hall, State House, alongside the HR forum and career development session.
