Telecom giant and headline sponsor of this year’s Joy FM Annual Schools Reunion, MTN, has added to the excitement of the annual event with the introduction of a promotion to give away laptops to schools and an individual. The promotion, according to MTN's Francis Afulani, Events and Sponsorship Manager, has 15 laptops to be given to five Senior High Schools that emerge tops in an sms texting customer participation with the highest individual texter also walking away with a laptop. Participants must text the name of their school to MTN short code 1994 at a cost of 50 Ghana pesewas per text. Five schools with the highest text messages will walk away with three laptops each, MTN USB Router with 1GB data every month for six months. The highest individual texter also gets a laptop, an MTN modem with three months free data. The promotion runs from now till October 30, 2010 when the Schools Reunion comes off.
