University students are complaining about delays in the payment of student loans.
They said the loans have not been paid since the academic year began.
SRC president at University of Ghana, Legon, Benedict Sumah told Joy News students have registered their displeasure at the development.
The Students Loan Trust said the delays were due to arrangements to increase the loans.
The Director of Operations of the Trust, Francis Miezah told Joy News the first batch of the loans have been released.
He said students in latter part of last academic requested for an increase in the loans but the approval of the proposals delayed resulting in the situation.
