The Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano North, Kwaku Balado Manu says if he is given the national purse to be in charge of the affairs of Ghana, shortage of gas would be a thing of the past.He noted that shortage of LPG in the country is as a result of government importing a refined product into the country. He said this on Asempa FM’s current affairs programme Ekosii-Sen in a quick rebuttal to a statement from NDC greater Accra chairman, Ade Coker that he (Balado) is not offering any alternative to the shortage of gas in Ghana but only criticizing. He said the only solution to the problem is for government to buy crude oil and refine in Ghana to get LPG gas instead of importing already refined petroleum.
