Prophet Francis Kwarteng, General Overseer of the Divine Prayer Ministry International Church on Sunday reminded Christians to see themselves as special vessels chosen by God to advance His Kingdom here on earth.
Christians therefore owed it a sacred duty to exhibit Christ-like virtues in order to draw more souls to the Kingdom of God.
Prophet Kwarteng said this in a sermon as part of a 14-day Revival of the Everlasting Joy Ministry International Church at La Paz in Accra.
Preaching on the theme, "Vessel of Honour", he charged Christians to lead lives worthy of emulation to glorify the name of God.
He said as chosen vessels, Christians must take full possession of the earth to fulfill the mandate given to man by God.
Prophet Kwarteng advised Christians to refrain from any lifestyle that did not please the name of God but which had the potential to denigrate the work of God.
He appealed to Christians to allow the Holy Spirit to lead them in whatever they did.
"If Christians did away with the things which do not glorify God and concentrate on things pertaining to the kingdom of God they would be met at the point of their need," he emphasized.
