The Man Insane, Kwaw Kese, is set to embark on a neighbourhood music tour, his first ever musical tour, dubbed the Neighbourhood Jam to touch base and jam with his fans.
The jam, powered by Mad Time Entertainment, kick starts on November 4 and it will see Kwaw Kese performing in about 20 towns and cities across the length and breadth of Ghana.
Kwaw Kese popularly known as Abodam told Myjoyonline.com in an interview that, the jam is aimed at giving his fans in hoods across the country a party of a lifetime adding, “When we come to your neighbourhood, we come there ... and jam the place up, we pop the place.”
The Neighbourhood Jam train will make its first stop in Ashaiman in the Greater Accra region, on November 4 to be backed by some of the country’s seasoned music acts, Edem (Ayigbe Edem), 2Toff, Dadie Opanka and a host of others.
Fennec Okyere, Manager of Kwaw Kese, also told Myjoyonline.com that the Neighbourhood Jam will have four different acts performing at each venue.
After Ashaiman, the train will hit Lapaz, Adabraka and Tema, all in the Greater Accra region. Other venues across the country include, Kasoa, Mankessim, Cape Coast and Agona Swedru, in the Central Region.
According to Fennec, when the tour kick starts on November 4, it will hit all these neighbourhoods every other weekend and may eat into the early part of 2012.
