Automotive company, Honda has fused luxury and safety in its latest addition to the Honda range of vehicles, the 2018 Honda Accord.
The safety features for the latest addition to the Honda family which makes it outstanding is the 8 airbags and also knee airbags fitted for all passengers in case of emergencies.
It also comes with the adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning with automatic braking, and lane departure warning and mitigation.
Launching the 2018 Honda Accord, Brand Manager for Honda Ghana Manish Daryanani said the new addition serves as a good representative for the Honda philosophy.
" Honda's philosophy is all about providing comfort safety and luxury to all its customers. Our latest addition is nothing short of these three words. Customers can experience a touch of class and safety in this new 2018 Honda Accord." he said.

Another outstanding feature of the latest Accord is the new double size engine. The 1.5 L VTEC Turbo four-cylinder engine that produces 143 KW and 260 N⋅m of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual or continuously variable transmission.
The optional 2.0 L VTEC Turbo four-cylinder engine, replaced the V6 engine option from the previous edition.
Speaking at the launch, Japanese Ambassador to Ghana, H.E Tsotomu Himeno lauded Honda for their remarkable strides in the automotive industry. He noted that this new milestone for the company is a proud moment for the entire Japan nation.
“Honda has its history from Japan and it’s a great pride for me that it is making strides here. It also prides in on a key characteristic of Japan, which is quality. It also lauded them for empowering their workforce by creating jobs for many," he said.
The latest edition is open to the public particularly prospective buyers for test drives from September 21, 2018.
