Adele has taken to wearing her pyjamas out in public to avoid unwanted attention.
The British singer has become an international sensation thanks to her critically acclaimed album 21. Although she is appreciative of her huge success, Adele has come up with an ingenious way not to be noticed when she wants to go about her daily business.
The 24-year-old singer has swapped her signature black attire for more garish pieces.
“I’ve managed to stay out of the public eye recently," she said in an interview with a US TV show.
“The other day I walked through Trafalgar Square. I was in my pyjamas. I had floral tracksuit bottoms on, a green coat and pink pumps. Luckily I had a massive umbrella so no one recognised me.”
Adele would rather focus her efforts on her music career. The songstress isn't interested in upping her level of fame.
“I don’t want to be in people's faces. I just want to make music," she insisted.
