Hiplife artiste, Edem Agbeviadey known in showbiz as Ayigbe Edem has joined the league of celebrity dads with the birth of a bouncy baby girl. Speaking on Day Break Hitz with Lexis Bill on Hitz FM Wednesday, the rapper disclosed that, he was blessed with the child some weeks ago, announcing that he will be getting married soon. Contrary to perceptions that Aygbe Edem was single, he said he is in a "serious" relationship and is looking forward to settling down soon. “Yes I am dating…no names but am dating seriously…I have a fiancée,” he disclosed. Born Denning Edem Agbeviadey, this fluent rapper burst on to the Ghanaian hiplife scene in 2003 releasing his first album Volta Regime in 2008. His second, Mass Production, according to him, is cooked and will be released in April this year. He described the album as “…a new dawn and it is going to be a rude awakening… This album is designed to be in every home…everybody who likes a certain type of music are going to appreciate the album,” adding it will satisfy everybody. Edem who is not new to controversies, recapping his infamous love-turn-sour relationship with Confidence Haugen of Aphrodisiac Nite Club, said he handles controversies the ‘Vatican style’. “I like to go Vatican on issues…When I say I like to go Vatican on issues I just like to be quiet about it because that is what has survived the Vatican over the years.
