The management of the Bank of Africa have presented a cheque for GH¢5,000 to the Otumfuo Educational Foundation at a ceremony at Manhyia Palace in Kumasi. The amount formed part of the social responsibility of the bank towards the improvement of education and social development. Speaking during the presentation, the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, said there was a lot of competition in the banking industry and that the only way the bank could achieve its objectives was to offer innovative and flexible banking products to the public. The Managing Director of bank, Mr Kobby Andah, said the management of the bank had adopted measures and strategies to revamp the bank with additional GH¢40 million to improve its services.
