Ghana's U-17 men's team will round up their training tour of Italy on Tuesday with a test match against Novara's U-20 side.The game against the Serie B side will be the last for the Black Starlets who have been preparing in Italy for the 2013 African Junior Championships which begins this weekend in Morocco.Paa Kwesi Fabin's team last Thursday lost narrowly to Sampdoria in a similar exercise.In the first test match, the Black Starlets thrashed Swiss second-tier side FC Gossau 10-0.Ghana have been handed a tough draw for the continental championship after drawing Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Congo in Group B.
