In response to the rising spate of road crash fatalities in the Northern Region, the Catholic Church has taken a decision worth emulating by all other religious groups.

As motorbikes are the most common means of transport in the region, the church has directed that all bikers who enter all Church's premises must be wearing a helmet.

This, the leaders of the church in the region hope would curb the fatality rate.
