Suspended Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo has honoured the memory of the victims of Wednesday’s military helicopter crash by laying a wreath at the Jubilee House.
She later proceeded to the Defence Ministry, where she signed the book of condolence to express her sympathies.

The crash, which occurred in the Adansi Akrofuom District of the Ashanti Region, claimed the lives of two cabinet ministers and six others.

The Chief Justice’s gesture forms part of the nation’s collective mourning for the departed.
