Self-styled evangelist cum former fetish priestess, Patricia Asiedua, widely known as Nana Agradaa, has been convicted by the Accra Circuit Court of charlatanic advertisement and defrauding by false pretences.
The conviction follows her promotion of a fraudulent money-doubling scheme that misled congregants of the Godsway International Heaven Church into surrendering their money during an all-night church service at her Weija-based ministry in Accra.
Presiding Judge Evelyn Asamoah ordered that a pregnancy test be conducted on Asiedua before sentencing.
