The D. A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship has officially announced its inaugural cohort of fellows, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for a select group of emerging creatives from across Ghana.

Following a competitive application and interview process, the fellows were selected based on their potential, passion for creativity, and commitment to building careers within the marketing communications industry.

The announcement coincides with the official commencement of the Fellowship, a three-month immersive programme designed to equip young talent with practical skills, industry knowledge, mentorship, and real-world exposure.

Throughout the Fellowship, participants will engage in masterclasses led by industry professionals, agency visits, mentorship sessions, and hands-on learning experiences aimed at preparing them for the realities and opportunities within Ghana's creative and marketing communications landscape.

Established in honour of the late Daniel A. Twum Jnr., the Fellowship seeks to continue his legacy of talent development and industry growth by creating opportunities for the next generation of creative leaders.

Speaking on the launch of the programme, Joel Nartey, the Chairman of the Fellowship and Group CEO of The Ninani Group noted that the Fellowship is committed to bridging the gap between ambition and opportunity by providing young creatives with access to industry expertise, guidance, and meaningful learning experiences.

As the inaugural cohort begins its journey, the D. A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship looks forward to nurturing a community of talented, innovative, and future-focused professionals who will contribute to the continued growth of Ghana's marketing communications industry.
