The voters' registration exercise which started this morning recorded some incidents at some centres in Ngleshie Amanfro in the Greater Accra Region.
According to some residents, they came to the centre as early as 3 am with the aim of acquiring their cards early but that was not the case as due to technical challenges with some of the machines at various centres.
None compliance of social distancing was witnessed at almost all the centres visited as a result of people not willing to create any distance between them and others.
