The first fully registered quasi-tourism vehicle rental company in the Ho Municipality has started business.
Perwin Transport Enterprise offers airport pick-up, excursion and executive bus services on point-to-point basis, Mr Godwin Avornu, the Managing Director, told the GNA when he inaugurated the company’s fleet of cars that included saloon cars, Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) and buses.
Mr Avornu said the investment would afford both foreign and local sightseers the opportunity to get around much more easily than before.
Mr Sulemana Amadu, the Volta Regional Resource Officer of the Ghana Tourist Board, said the arrival of Perwin Transport Enterprise was a major boost to tourism in the Volta Region.
