The founder of East Legon Football Academy, Winston Yeboah Danso has been honoured as the 'Rising Star of the Year' at the 2024 Ghana Business Awards held in Accra.
The prestigious accolade recognised Mr. Yeboah Danso’s outstanding leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and innovative contributions to Ghana’s business landscape and his significant impact on sports development in Ghana.
Known for his passion for innovation and problem-solving, the Rising Star awardee, Mr. Yeboah Danso has made significant strides in his field of business by adopting to new innovations that blend through technology, creativity and has impacted the youth.

As the visionary behind East Legon Football Academy, Mr. Danso has transformed the academy into a hub for nurturing young talent, emphasizing discipline, education, and excellence on and off the field. Since founding the academy, Mr. Danso has focused on making quality sports education accessible to children in East Legon and beyond.
