Ghanaian media personality and master of ceremonies based in the United States of America, IB Ben Bako, is set to host the Ambusa Experience: The African Ball Edition 2025 for the second consecutive year.
The event takes place at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Newark on 26 July, with tickets priced at $100 and available through ambusa.org.
Ben Bako’s return attests to his skill on stage. A seasoned broadcaster formerly with Multimedia Group in Ghana, he first led the Ambusa Experience in 2024 to positive acclaim.
Known for his poise and flair, he struts his elegance at high-profile events such as the Africa Movie Academy Awards red carpet and the Ghana Music Awards UK.
At the debut edition of Ambusa Experience, attendees were left impressed by his charm and professionalism. Several patrons shared that his engaging style elevated the evening, drawing praise for his ability to keep the pace lively and the mood celebratory. His knack for reading the audience and delivering smooth transitions made headlines in entertainment circles.

Ben Bako’s background spans nearly two decades in broadcast media. Before emigrating to the United States, he built a reputation at Multimedia Group, hosting and producing for television and radio. While at Joy Prime, he had compered everything from the EMY Awards to Rhythms on the Runway’( rhyming finesse with flair .
He has also hosted major industry functions such as the Ghana DJ Awards partnership launch and conducted a plethora of in‑depth artiste interviews.
Returning for a second year, IB promises once again to dazzle guests on 26 July, bringing both warmth and sophistication to this celebration of African culture in the diaspora.
