A discerning listener of the super station has expressed gratitude to Joy FM for impacting her personal and professional life.
Leila Pentsil in a post on Facebook noted that the media house has contributed immensely to her life and choices.
According to her, the station that prides itself on having discerning listeners has a unique character of valuing feedback from its audience.
That, in the view of Mrs Penstil, makes her feel part of the “Joy family”.
“My in-depth knowledge of issues and my confidence to express myself has a lot to do with my association with the Joy FM family.
“Over the years, I have come to admire the people and loved the brand for various reasons but the major one that stands out for me is their approach to ‘Feedback’,” she wrote on her timeline on Thursday.
Highlighting the Super Morning Show (SMS), as one of her best programmes on the radio, Mrs Penstil again, declared her undying love for the team.
“Personally, I have known all the producers of Joy FM’s SMS. From Kofi Owusu through Kofi Ansah to Sammy Odame.
“And it has been consistent! They all take feedback seriously! Same with all the presenters and even the off-air personnel,” she added.
To show appreciation for her love for the station over the years, the team gave her a hamper by the kind courtesy of Wilmar Africa to mark International Women’s Day.
