Swedish side Trelleborgs FF have signed Asante Kotoko forward Abdul Fatawu Safiu on a season-long loan with an option to make it permanent.

“We continue to strengthen on the attack side. Now through 25-year-old forward Fatawu Safiu from Ghana,” Trelleborgs FF posted on their official website.

“The contract is valid for the 2019 season with an option for an additional two years.”

Safiu has been an integral figure in the Porcupine Warriors set up since joining from Eleven Wonders FC last year.
