The University of Ghana, Legon will come to a standstill on the 23rd of December, when all tertiary institutions in the country come together under one umbrella for a pool party to be held at the University of Ghana poolside.
The event, dubbed Who Is The Best? is an inter - University Pool party that is set to bring together students from Regent University, Methodist University, Zenith University, University of Ghana, Legon, Pentecost University, Central University and all other major universities in the country as well as most SHS in Accra and Cape Coast; to party, mingle and compete amongst themselves to determine which institution is indeed the "best". It is set to become the only event bringing together all major tertiary institutions in Accra this festive season.
To ensure that the event is an entertaining and thrilling one, the organisers, JMP Video Crew have enlisted a line-up of exciting performances. Artistes billed to rock the rave will include Iwan, OJ Black, Bino, Raquel, Rana and many others. One of the most anticipated appearances on the day will be that of none other than ex-hiplife kingpin-turned gospel artiste, Lord Kenya, who is promising to bring back the "good old days" with this performance. The event is set for Friday,23rd December with activities kicking off from 10am.
The JMP Crew is also giving underground acts from the various tertiary institutions the platform to showcase their musical talent at the main event by auditioning on the 21st and 22nd of December at the same venue.
According to the organisers, the event promises to be the best of all times since it will be the first time all the tertiary institutions across the nation are coming down to Accra to jam together and its seen as a way to reward themselves for the hardwork they have put in during the semester.
