MobileMoney LTD, a pioneer in the Ghanaian Fintech industry has organized a forum for its stakeholders at Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
The event, which brought together over 300 stakeholders of the company was held under the theme: "Building Trust and Cooperation among Stakeholders; Maximizing the Impact of Emerging Technologies for the Promotion of Financial Inclusion", and had experts from the financial services sector as resource persons.
The CEO of MobileMoney LTD Shaibu Haruna opened the session and expressed MML's commitment to collaborating with stakeholders to deepen financial inclusion in Ghana.
The other resource persons were Kwame Oppong, Director of Fintech & Innovation at the Bank of Ghana, Gillian Darko, Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy, Yellow Card; Ebow Anamuah-Mensah, CTO IT Consortium; Priscilla Hazel, Group Head of Commercial Nsano and Martha Acquaye, Head of Digital and inclusive Banking at Cal Bank.

The panelists highlighted the need to invest more in customer education to build and maintain trust in Fintech operation, drop cost of data, provide access to customers behavioral that the panel agreed to the fact that the fight against fraud is a collective obligation.
The company later held a Fraud Education Market Activation at Abeka Lapaz to educate general public on various fraud typologies using drama.
