In a significant move to bolster security in the digital payment ecosystem, MobileMoney Fintech LTD, a leading Ghanaian digital payment company, organised the Fintech Partners Exchange Dialogue in Accra on April 2, 2026.
The event brought together top industry players, cybersecurity experts, and stakeholders to deliberate on effective strategies to curb fraud and enhance customer protection in the fintech space.

The forum, opened by MobileMoney Fintech Limited's CEO, Mr. Shaibu Haruna, featured notable attendees, including MTN Ghana's CEO, Mr. Stephen Blewett, Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Officer, Madam Adwoa Wiafe Afriyie, Chief Enterprise Business Officer, Madam Angelina Mensah-Poku, and Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk at MobileMoney Fintech LTD, Nanatunde Davis.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Haruna emphasised MobileMoney Fintech LTD's commitment to providing a secure environment for customers, stating, "As a leading player in the fintech ecosystem, we recognise the importance of collaboration in combating fraud and protecting our customers' interests.

"The dialogue centered on leveraging technology and partnerships to stay ahead of emerging threats and improve the overall security posture of the fintech industry.
Participants engaged in insightful discussions, sharing best practices and experiences in fraud prevention and mitigation.

The event underscored the importance of industry-wide collaboration in addressing the growing menace of digital fraud, with attendees pledging to work together to create a safer and more secure fintech ecosystem for Ghanaians
