MTN FA Cup: Gold Stars knocked out on penalties by Attram Devisser

Ghana Premier Leg leers, Bibiani Gold Stars, have been knocked out of the MTN FCup by Division ne outfit Attram Devisser.

In a thrilling encounter at the Tuba Astro Turf, the two sides both fashioned out really good goal scoring chances, but failed to find the back of the net.

Gold Stars, who have not played a competitive game since the Ghana Premier League went on break, two weeks ago, seemed far from their clinical best, with the Division One side taking advantage to force penalties, after the game ended goalless after 90 minutes.

Attram Devisser clinched the famous victory, winning 4-3 in the penalty shootout.

Attram Devisser central midfielder, Apokum Richmond, claimed the man of the match award.

2021 Champions, Hearts of Oak, will be up against Division One side Golden Kicks, with Asante Kotoko’s game against Secondi Eleven Wise has been postponed.
