Rita Daniels, the mother of actress Regina Daniels, has blasted her estranged son-in-law, Senator Ned Nwoko, as the feud between the couple took a dramatic turn.
In a video making the rounds, Rita Daniels lashed out at Nwoko, accusing him of tarnishing their family’s name despite their past support for him.
She alleged that Regina contributed $50,000 to his election campaign, while she herself also invested both money and effort into his political pursuits.
She said, “You wanted someone with a high star to boost your fallen star. If you think you can bite the finger that fed you, you’ll go down.”
“Regina gave you $50k to support your election. We are covering up your shame and making you feel like an Odogwu. You’re mad.”
Also, in a recent social media post, Regina claimed that her estranged husband ordered the arrest of her siblings as a means to force her to return to him and undergo rehabilitation.
She expressed frustration over the situation, questioning why things must turn so bitter when two people are no longer interested in being together.
The 24-year-old actress, who stated that she had chosen to remain silent despite being publicly labelled a drug addict, added that she now feels compelled to speak out, stressing that she could no longer hide her pain.
