Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has promised to expand Ghana's economy to tap into the talents and resourcefulness of every Ghanaian.
The Vice President said he would achieve this by creating a clear foundation which would make it easy for every Ghanaian to earn a living to be able to afford their various needs irrespective of political affiliation or ethnicity.

This, he explained, would solely be based on talents and resourcefulness and reduce the current unemployment rate.
“My vision is to create a tent big enough to accommodate every Ghanaian, to tap into the resourcefulness and talents of our people, irrespective of our different ethnic, political and religious backgrounds, to channel our energies into building the kind of country that assures a food self-sufficient, safe, prosperous, and dignified future for all Ghanaians.
He said this at the NPP's manifesto launch on Sunday in Takoradi.
"To create sustainable jobs with meaningful pay for all, and for Ghana to participate fully in the fourth industrial revolution using systems and data," he said on August 18.
