Actor Nicolas Cage has topped the UK and Ireland box office film chart with his latest movie Knowing.
The film, which sees the Oscar-winning star play a professor who tries to stop terrible predictions from happening, took £2.5m in its opening weekend.
Last week's number one Marley and Me was at number two, with new release The Haunting in Connecticut in third place.
Paul Blart: Mall Cop followed in fourth place, while new release The Damned United debuted at number five.
Upset family
The movie is based on a book about Brian Clough's 44-day reign as coach of Leeds United and he is played by Michael Sheen.
Clough's son, Derby manager Nigel Clough, revealed earlier this month that the film had upset members of his family and none of them would be watching it.
Duplicity, starring Julia Roberts and Clive Owen, fell three places to sixth place.
Clint Eastwood's movie Gran Torino, which he starred in and directed, was at number seven, with Lesbian Vampire Killers in eighth place.
The film, starring Mat Horne and James Corden, has been widely panned by critics and to date has taken £322,346.
Superhero film Watchmen fell from fourth place to number nine and The Young Victoria, starring starring Emily Blunt, rounded off the top 10.
