Ghanaian R&B crooner Nii’s discreet beef with Lynx Entertainment giant rapper OJ Blaq has finally come to light.
The duo struck a friendship early last year upon Nii’s relocation from long time hood Adabraka to Ofankor where they both currently reside.
However, the friendship fell on rocks when Nii got wind of a ploy by the Lynx Entertainment version of Rick Ross to ‘get with’ his lady friend.
The soft singer, who has had a pretty unlucky music career thus far with a disappointing album impression toppled with failures to achieve the ultimate in two major reality shows, finally rode on his luck.
The lady apparently recorded a conversation with OJ Blaq where the latter openly made advances at her behind his ‘friend’s’ back. The lady then played back the tape to the Project Fame West Africa 2008 and Mentor II runner-up.
Nii got very mad and interrogated the actor cum singer, who was locked up in guilt and admitted his ‘crime’.
The ex-friends have gone cold with each other, moving on with their lives.
