The Chief Executive of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Godwin Kudzo Tameklo, together with his deputies, Dr Sheila Addo and Dr Dramani Bukari, has joined Muslim staff of the Authority to observe its maiden Grand Iftar as part of efforts to promote unity and inclusiveness within the institution.
The event, held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, also drew strong participation from Christian staff, highlighting a spirit of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence across religious lines within the organisation.
Addressing participants, Mr Tameklo reaffirmed Management’s commitment to creating an enabling work environment that supports employees in practising their respective faiths without hindrance.

He stressed that fostering religious tolerance and unity is critical to strengthening institutional cohesion and enhancing productivity.
“Religious tolerance, peaceful coexistence and unity are essential in building a harmonious and productive workplace,” he noted.
The gathering provided an opportunity for staff from diverse backgrounds to interact, share a meal and deepen interpersonal relationships, with the Authority indicating that such initiatives will continue to form part of efforts to build an inclusive organisational culture grounded in respect and collective responsibility.
