Ghanaians who heard and received the promises of candidate Nana Akufo-Addo ahead of the 2016 elections, are now speaking through Joy News’ series, ‘Dear Nana Addo.’
Essentially, they are giving their own assessment of their circumstances and the assurances they received from the highest echelons of power, almost three years in office.
With this year-long series, Joy News gives an opportunity for the people to speak to President Akufo-Addo. It is also an opportunity for the President and his ministers to address the concerns that the people are raising.
What stories should we expect?
Dear Nana Addo will deal with various issues as it reflects the views of society.
The Akufo-Addo government made some very great promises – from allocating $1 million to each constituency annually to providing quality, affordable housing for the people and kindergarten places for all four-year-old children in the country.
So essentially, the stories will look these and more.
