A number of delegates of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ablekuma West Constituency are rooting for Robert Nicol, a young, experienced, and well-resourced politician, to be elected as the parliamentary candidate for the 2024 elections.

They assert that Roni Nicol's amiable personality makes him the ideal candidate to secure victory for the party, ensuring the retention of the parliamentary seat while boosting votes for NPP's Flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the constituency come the December 7, 2024, election.

In interviews, the delegates expressed their conviction that with the current MP, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful completing three terms, introducing a young, dynamic, and strategic politician like Roni Nicol is crucial to maintaining NPP's political dominance in Ablekuma West.

"We have conducted a thorough analysis of all aspiring Parliamentary candidates. Without a doubt, Roni Nicol is the best candidate to secure victory for the party and safeguard the Ablekuma West Parliamentary seat," stated a delegate.

Another delegate emphasised Nicol's wealth of experience and resourcefulness, asserting that if elected, he would contribute significantly to the development of the Ablekuma West constituency.
