Nigerian artiste Davido has hit back at a user on social media space, Twitter, who made unsavoury comments about his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.

The Wizkid fan by username @Mista_Mdee is said to have alleged that Davido is not the father of Ifeanyi but rather Peruzzi born Tobechukwu Victor Okoh.

Although @Mista_Mdee has deleted the said tweet, fans of Davido have trolled him and applauded the Afrobeat singer for lashing back.

Describing him as a "dead man walking," Davido stated that his innocent two-year-old son has got nothing to do with whatever issue he, @Mista_Mdee has against him.

"You don carry ur hate for me to my child!! Innocent child! You do this one!!! Oya an."

He told his critics they can come at him, however, stressed that "do not mention my children."

Subsequent tweets on the matter suggest that this is a tangle between the camp of Davido and Wizkid.

Another fan of Wizkid by username@Emperorluggy told Davido that once his fans come at the children of the "Essence" hitmaker, they would also hit back through his children.

"that's my pic, I nor dey make mouth..make your move..pikin wen blend yesterday nor fit follow me rake!!!" he added.

Responding to his comment, Davido said, "put location and time."

According to social media users, attacking the children of artistes is not the best way to resolve grievances.

Davido and his ex-girlfriend Chioma Rowland are the parents of Ifeanyi Adeleke.

Ahead of his 02 Arena concert, the Afrobeat star flew his ex-girlfriend and two-year-old son Ifeanyi Adeleke to London.
