Black Princesses head coach Yusif Basigi says having several quality players in the squad is a good thing for him despite the difficulty it comes with choosing his starting lineup.
The Hasaacas Ladies boss together with his assistant, Nana Joe Adarkwa, named Ghana's 20-woman squad for the first edition of the WAFU Zone B Women's U-20 Cup of Nations to be staged in Kumasi.
The tournament starts on Saturday, May 20, with Basigi's side wrapping up their preparations in Accra on Wednesday in a friendly game against Niger at the Accra Sports Stadium where they secured an 11-0 victory.
The gaffer's squad has the Malta Guinness Women's Premier League second top scorer in Mary Amponsah, while Faith Ladies Maafia Nyame, Faiza Seidu and a host of other good players but Basigi says that would give him no problems in selecting his starting team.
"I am cool with [selection headache] because when you have good players it even calms your nerves," the Black Princesses boss told Joy Sports.
"When your bench is rich that is where I think you can even make your best decisions in terms of selection."
The Princesses begin their WAFU Zone B campaign against Benin, who they have been drawn together with in Group A alongside Ivory Coast.
