The company proudly took home four prestigious awards, including Emerging Insurance Brand of the Year and Best Growing Insurance Company, solidifying its standing as a leader in the industry.
At the heart of Serene Insurance’s success is its Chief Executive Officer, Mercy Naa Koshie Boampong, who was honoured as CEO of the Year in the general insurance category.

Under Boampong’s guidance, Serene Insurance has demonstrated remarkable growth, as evidenced by its aggressive branch expansion, increased gross written premiums, and robust underwriting profit. These achievements contributed to the company being named the Best Growing Insurance Company for 2023. Additionally, Serene Insurance’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) was recognized with the Best CSR Leadership award, highlighting its strategic efforts to ensure business continuity and sustainability.
