StarLife Assurance has further demonstrated its leadership in sales force management by recognising its top-performing Sales Executives in the ‘Race of the Champions’ sales competition.
In an exhilarating conclusion to the annual 'Race of the Champions' sales competition, 81 top-performing Sales Executives were celebrated and rewarded with luxurious trips to both local and foreign destinations.
The 'Race of the Champions' competition, a highly anticipated event in StarLife's calendar, serves as a catalyst to inspire Sales Executives to surpass their targets and excel in their roles.
This year, the outstanding contributions of the 2023 top performers propelled StarLife Assurance to unprecedented growth.
Out of 81 top Sales Executives, 22 were whisked away to the vibrant city of Dubai, while another 22 enjoyed the scenic beauty of South Africa.
Additionally, 37 of the high achievers had the privilege of lodging at Safari Homes as they explored the diverse tourist attractions of Accra, Ghana's capital city.
