Asante Kotoko midfielder Jordan Opoku is being tracked by the Emirati side Al Jazira in a US$ 600,000 move. But the Abu Dhabi-base side should be prepared to exceed their budget to prise away one of Kotoko's asset. The 23-year-old is currently being monitored by the club at the African Nations Championship where he has exceeded expectations. It is however unlikely that the box-to-box centre-man would be released by his local side which is struggling in the league and will play Morocco's Khemisset on 15 March in Sekondi. Opoku has had stints with Dutch side Feyenoord Rotterdam after graduating from the feeder club in Ghana. He joined Kotoko two seasons ago and played a pivotal role in their league title triumph last term. Source: Ghanasoccernet
