The University of Ghana Corporate Football League continued on Friday, 28 February, with Group B teams competing at the UG Stadium.
Week two featured unexpected results and intense matches, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.
In the opening match, Media General and Forestry Commission played to a 1-1 draw.
Media General took the lead after an own goal from Forestry Commission, but the latter responded with a stunning equaliser to level the score.
Lancaster Accra produced a dominant performance, defeating Bui Power Authority 2-0.
Their efficient attack saw them score twice, asserting their position as strong contenders in the group.
Ghana Civil Aviation Authority edged National Petroleum Authority 1-0 in a tight contest.
A solid defensive display and a well-timed goal earned them all three points, while NPA failed to convert their opportunities.
The final match of the day saw Central Administration and Zenith Bank play to a 1-1 draw. Both teams had their chances but could not find a winner in a well-fought, tactical match.
Lancaster Accra lead Group B with a perfect record, while the competition remains close as teams gear up for the next round of fixtures.
