The vice chancellor of the University of Ghana will Wednesday meet aggrieved students of the university to try and address their concerns over lack of accommodation.
Students of the commonwealth hall have threatened mass protests to force the suspension of an ongoing decongestion exercise.
They say the move is disturbing their studies because many of them have no rooms to sleep in.
But the acting director of public affairs, Stella Amoah says she is hopeful the meeting will yield positive results.
“The Vice Chancellor is meeting with the students in a forum and I think all these issues will be addressed,” she said.
