The Upper West Regional Director of the Ghana Health Service, Dr Osei Kuffour Afreh, has been reassigned.
The reassignment takes effect from Monday May 11, 2020.
He is to report to the Head Office of the Ghana Health Service to support actions aimed at curbing the spread of the coronavirus.
Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr Patrick Kuma-Aboagye, said “based on exigencies of our operations and in line with your expertise, this is to kindly reassign you to the Ghana Health Service Headquarters to support our ongoing response actions aimed at containing and preventing the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
