The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Students' Representative Council (SRC) demonstrated its commitment to campus security by donating GH¢10,000 towards the construction of the university's police station.
The donation, presented on Tuesday, May 14, by the SRC President Amoah Sarfo Kwarteng and his team, reflects the SRC's dedication to safeguarding the welfare of UPSA students.
In a Facebook update, the UPSA SRC expressed its recognition of the importance of a secure learning environment and emphasised the pivotal role of robust security infrastructure in achieving this goal.

The contribution underscores the SRC's proactive stance towards enhancing campus safety and underscores its support for initiatives aimed at bolstering security measures on campus.
"On Tuesday, March 13, 2024, the UPSA Students' Representative Council (SRC), under the leadership of the Kwarteng-Farouk administration, made a significant donation of 10,000 Ghana cedis to the construction of the university police station. This contribution is a testament to the SRC’s commitment to enhancing campus security and ensuring the safety of our students."
