2021/22 Ghana Women's Premier League champions, Ampem Darkoa Ladies, have left the shores of Ghana for Ivory Coast ahead of the WAFU Zone B Women's Champions League.
The Techiman-based club left the country on Thursday, August 18, as they hope to wrap up their preparations in Ivory Coast before the start of the competition.
Ampem Darkoa named a 26-woman squad for the tournament which kicks off on Saturday, August 20 to September 3, 2022.
The list included new signings such as Gladys Amfobea and Constance Agyeman.
The Nana Mma are placed in Group B of the WAFU Zone B Champions League where they will play against USFA (Burkina Faso), Athleta FC (Togo), and Bayelsa QFC (Nigeria).
