The ruling New Patriotic Party is currently holding a crunch meeting to choose a running mate for its presidential candidate.
Although it is believed two names, Hajia Alima Mahama and Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia are being considered, Nana Akufo-Addo denies that.
As of now intense lobbying is going on.
Some members of the National Executive Committee members of the party told Joy News makeshift camp at the Alisa Hotel that they would vote Hajia Alima if he Nana Addo chooses Dr. Bawumia.
